Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your acquisition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
RETURNS
All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email hola@claudiawool.com explaining the situation and attaching illustrative photographs. You will receive a response confirming the return within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
After receiving positive confirmation, securely place the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and mail your return to the following address:

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for all initial return shipping charges. We will refund the return shipping costs after the item has been received and inspected. We strongly recommend using a trackable method for your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
- We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
🚫 EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Original Artworks: Original watercolors, original illustrations, or prints of original artworks.
- Damaged Textile Pieces: Textile pieces with defects caused by improper use or customer negligence, such as damage from incorrect washing, rough handling, or exposure to chemical agents.
- Sale Items: Items on sale or promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
In case of defective or damaged products (not customer-caused), please contact us immediately for a refund or exchange.
